As people are becoming more & more dependent on the system, they have started ignoring to acquire these skills because of which they are facing huge competition & frustration at their personal & professional level. Nowadays there are so many professions which are totally system dependent because of which people are almost working like robots and applying 0% creativity in their work.

Moreover, when they reach home after work, they got engaged in watching TV, listening news and other household activities because of which they have no time to assess their knowledge, skills and expertise therefore they have no clue where to improve or not.
